“Where can I begin with Seba. I met him through my best friend who used him as her Realtor® when she bought her house in 2007. I moved to the Atlanta area in 2008 and knew that I wanted to buy my own house as soon as possible. Once I got settled in my job I contacted Seba and we discussed what I wanted in a house. He got right on it and within that week we started going out and looking at houses. Because of my job schedule I could only go and see houses late in the evening and on weekends. Seba was right there with me looking for houses, sometimes even at night. When it came to finding my house, Seba is the one who came across the listing and immediately went to see it without me. Once he walked in the house he called and said this is it. When I went to see the house I confirmed, this is it. The buying process was a breeze. Seba took me step by step and I was fortunate to get the house at an extremely great price. Through this process I became friends with Seba and his family and he with mine. We continued this friendship staying in touch throughout the years. Fast forward 7 years and I was ready to put my house on the market. Seba came by and inspected the house to see what, if anything, needed to be done to get it ready. We painted and cleaned out and did minor fixes, sometimes starting early in the morning or going into the late evening. We got the house in tiptop shape and placed it on the market. Unfortunately at that time, I had to take it off due to some changes with my job, but 1 year later I was able to put it back on the market. The house was still in amazing condition from the year before. We got a number of people coming to look and within a week had an offer.
